Lucky Turtle was born on the cutting room floor of a major biotech company in 2016. As both scientists and cannabis connoisseurs, our two founders have taken their decades of experience in biochemical science, product development, and high-tech engineering and applied it directly to the cannabis industry.

Craig brings expertise in manufacturing biologic medicines for two major biotechnology companies. With roles spanning Process Development and Direct Production Support, Craig has carried medicines from infancy to full-scale commercial production.
As a senior biotechnology professional, Doug has hands-on management experience in globally regulated technical manufacturing operations. While working at the world’s leading independent biotechnology company, he's implemented and managed numerous new product introductions and first-in-industry manufacturing programs.
