CBD metabolizes in your liver during digestion (called 1st pass metabolism) and your body breaks it down into metabolites. Two important metabolites are 8-hydroxy and 8-carboxyl cannabidiol. Studies are being run today to further define the benefits of these primary metabolites.  Our own in-house studies have pushed us to include additional ingredients such as organic lecithin and nano-turmeric curcumin, both naturally occurring plant-based ingredients which help this product absorb into your bloodstream.

Ingredients: Kosher Vegetable Glycerin (palm-derived), Ethanol, Full spectrum CBD oil, Cannabis Oil (CO2 Solvent, waxes removed with ethanol), organic sunflower lecithin, nano-turmeric curcumin, natural flavor.

CBD Crystallization
In higher concentrations of CBD, like our 10:1 and 20:1 vapes, and our Restore and No Bad Days tinctures, crystallization may occur. It is not a sign of a defective product, nor does this lower the quality or efficacy. 
 
Crystallization is a naturally occurring process, and the higher the concentration of CBD, the higher the chances of it occurring. 
 
We refuse to add crystallization inhibitors because the safety profile for smoking these unnatural chemicals is still unknown. 
 
While our CBD vapes are the cleanest you’ll find on the market, crystallization is possible as a result. 
 
When this happens, here’s a few things you can do:
Easiest, is pre-heat the battery using the button. If using a Lucky Turtle battery, hold down the button without sucking on the mouthpiece for 5 second intervals. This will warm the oil within the cartridge directly, melting the CBD crystalline. If you go over 10 seconds, the battery will lock (as a safety feature to prevent accidental discharge in a pocket). 
You can also use a hair dryer on the hot setting to warm the oil. 
Lastly, you can place the cartridge in a waterproof bag like a freezer ziplock bag and boil in water. You need to keep it submerged until it melts at 150ºF. 
Once the CBD is dissolved, it should not re-crystallize unless left sitting for a long period of time. (1 month+).
